Using 4mm needles cast on 28
stitches in black Garter stitch 14 rows (K2 tog) repeat to end (K2 tog) repeat to end B & T tightly Over sew the row ends Create 2 black knitted squares cast on about 20sts and garter stitch until your piece is square, this will vary depending on your tension. Stitch the squares together with a piece of card in between. Stitch this to the hat and add a tassle in a contrasting colour. |
